Returns Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, you must ship the item back within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order. The drinkware product must be returned in its original received condition, unused, free of stains, scratches and any damage, with original seals intact.

Return Process

To start a return request, please contact our customer support team to obtain our official return address. Once you receive the address, securely repack the drinkware product with its original packaging and labels intact, and enclose your proof of purchase inside the parcel.

Complimentary return shipping is offered only under specific conditions. For returns not resulting from errors on our part, return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned drinkware product, we will proceed to process your refund or exchange application. Please allow up to 14 days after parcel delivery for full processing. Subject to your card issuer’s terms, refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to reflect on your account statement. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been fully resolved.

Important Notice

In cases where you receive damaged or incorrect drinkware products caused by our oversight, all return shipping expenses will be covered by our store at no extra cost to you.
